Format:

Round-robin basis.

Two (2) pools of six (6) teams Pools A and pool B.

The winner of each pool will play-off against the number two team in the other pool to determine which two (2) teams will advance to the Europe/Africa Zone Group II in 2013. All the remaining nations will play positional play-offs for Nations Ranking purposes.
