The FAS Tennis Coaches Course

The FAS Tennis Coaches Training Course is a recognised Tennis Ireland coaching course and is a full time training programme for approximately 3 college semesters. Successful graduates from the programme will be fully qualified Level 1 Coaches and may be able to advance to the ITB Sports Management and Coaching Degree Course.

Duration: Full time for 40 weeks

 

Entry requirements: Leaving Certificate or Junior Certificate

 

Allowance: FAS provide a weekly training allowance of €211

 

Qualifications: Level 1 Tennis Ireland Coaches Certificate and FETAC Level 5

  • Module 3 - Full Court
  • Work experience in Parks and Clubs
  • Communications
  • First Aid
  • ECDL
  • Computer Applications

Qualification - FETAC Level 5 - Tennis Ireland Level 1 Coaches Certification - Order of Malta First Aid Certificate - ECDL Certificate
